Laura and Jason’s Scarborough Pre-Wedding Photography shoot was jam-packed full of fun, laughter and giggles! This delightful pair are getting married in 3 days at the Scarborough Spa in Yorkshire and we can’t wait! On the Pre-wedding photography shoot we explored in full our beautiful little seaside hometown of Scarborough, starting at the Italian Gardens on the beautiful Esplanade and then following the path down to the South Bay Beach and across to the Scarborough Star Disk. This extraordinary area, built on the former 1900’s open-air swimming pool is the largest illuminated “Star Disk” anywhere in the UK at 26 Metres wide and is fitted with subterranean lights representing the 42 brightest stars and major constellations that can be seen from Scarborough in the northern skies… how cool?!
After a little astronomical education we then pranced around on the beach exploring the stunning South Beach, running around and laughing like kids! The sea was literally like a millpond that day and you could see clearly to the horizon and beyond – just beautiful! We are so excited to photograph this gorgeously sweet couple on Saturday and capture their Scarborough Spa Beach themed wedding. So far we may have only heard snippets of information about the big day, but already it sounds like it is going to be a very special affair! Laura and Jason plan for a fun and relaxed atmosphere with lots of laughter and we can’t wait, but best of all these two lovebirds will be declaring their vows to remain forever in each others arms – exactly where they belong, and that is the most important thing of all.
