Pre Wedding Photography at Castle Howard, York, Yorkshire.

Castle Howard is a stately home in North Yorkshire. Ideally situated fifteen miles east of York it is the perfect location for wedding photography. Fran and Neil chose this location for a pre wedding shoot (and for the location for their Castle Howard Wedding) and the setting was simply perfect. The photos were taken amongst the natural beauty and the majesty of the building. Castle Howard has extensive and diverse gardens and the couple happily posed together enjoying both the weather and their out door surroundings taking in the array of temples, lakes, statues plus the formal gardens. The poses were relaxed and Fran and Neil were obviously ease with each other, enjoying joking with one another. Watching them through the camera lens it was easy to see that they would enjoy their soon to be wedding day. The dark hair of Neil and the blonde hair of Fran brings a natural contrast when photographing the couple. Castle Howard has been used as a movie and television set and this couple could easily be mistaken for stars on the set.

Inside the building the couple enjoyed relaxing and taking in the fresco’s, paintings and statues. Photographed standing in front of the huge ornate fireplace one would be forgiven if they thought that it was in fact their home.
