Vicky & Matt’s Wedding… where do we start?
From the very beginning of our journey as wedding filmmakers we recognised that one of the main things that we wanted to put front and centre of our wedding videos was just how much fun a wedding really is!
Whilst there’s, of course, a beautiful love story at the centre of a wedding it’s also the only time that all of your family and friends come together in one place and one time and that inevitably means that absolute hilarity is bound to ensue!
When your wedding venue happens to be filled with steam trains (both full size and miniature) and your friends and family are as ready to party as Vicky & Matt’s were, that fun, hilarity and oh so laid-back feel becomes the real focus of the wedding. With a homemade village hall ceremony, drinks on the station platform and dancing in the old and authentically decorated engine shed this day really was SO much fun! Vicky & Matt are an incredible couple and their relaxed approach to the wedding instantly put everyone at ease and ready to party. There were champagne-filled rides on the miniature railway, the greatest Beer-Pong tournament the world has ever seen and photo-booth props and costumes spilling onto the dancefloor throughout the day.
