London Wedding Photographers & Videographers- Documentary & Street-style Storytelling

London wedding photo & video: documentary style
Documentary Wedding Photographers / London Street Photographers
For us, London wedding photography isn't about staged poses or traditional clichés; it’s about the candid, fast-paced energy that only this city provides.
Whether you’re planning a contemporary city wedding or an intimate London pub celebration, we capture the day exactly as it felt- nothing staged, nothing artificial, just pure London life.

Why us?
The Street Photography Instinct: We use the same instincts we’ve honed on the streets of London to capture your wedding. It’s about being fast, reactive, and finding “big stories” in small, unposed moments. Our goal is to make you look incredible by documenting the real energy of your day—without you ever feeling like you’re on a photoshoot.
The Real Connections: We look for the sub-plots—the shared laughter in a crowded London pub, the quiet glances, and the reactions you didn’t even realize were happening. We want to find the moments that tell you everything about the people you love and the atmosphere of the city around you.
Character over “Perfection”: We want the real version of your wedding, not a curated performance. Whether it’s the grit of an East London warehouse or the elegance of a city town hall, our photography is about capturing your true personality and the genuine character of the day, rather than a version of “perceived perfection”.
We don’t interrupt: You should spend your day with your guests, not your photographers. We never break the flow of the day or stop you in your tracks to “get the shot.” Whether you’re walking between venues or hitting the dance floor, the best images happen when you’ve forgotten we’re even there.
No Staged Poses or Setups: We don’t do cheesy setups or “look at the camera and smile” prompts. We don’t arrive with a checklist of shots; instead, we react to the unique light, the architecture, and the spontaneous moments that happen in front of us in the most creative way possible.
No “Take Twos”: There’s no need to re-tie your tie or move to “better light.” We thrive in the fast-paced, often tricky lighting of London venues. We have the experience to capture the moment perfectly, exactly where and when it happens, so you can just get on with the party.
One team. One shared vision.
Our London Image Collection
London Wedding Photography
For us, of course, it's not quite as simple as that. Whilst you relax and enjoy your day we'll be using every second of nearly two decades of experience and working non-stop to create exciting compositions and uncover beautiful moments, whether they be emotional, comedic or simply revealing of some small aspect of personality. Our style relies on capturing unpredictable, spontaneous actions, but our approach, techniques and artistic expertise ensure that luck is taken out of the equation.
Whilst our experience and techniques guide us, our aim is never to recreate something we've done before. We love what we do because each time we take a photograph we're striving to create something that excites us every bit as much as we hope it will excite you. We don't try to take great "wedding photographs", we aim to take great photographs in general - images that would be interesting to someone who doesn't know the people in the frame or has no direct interest in weddings. And if someone outside of the wedding can feel a connection with the image then imagine how strong that feeling will be when the people in the photograph are the people that you know and love.
London Wedding Videography
We bring the same street-photography instinct to our films that we do to our stills. In the vibrant, unpredictable energy of London, we don’t believe in "production"—we believe in presence. Our London wedding films are entirely unscripted; there are no staged walks, no manufactured moments, and no intrusive equipment. We navigate the city with a quiet, observant intensity, allowing you to stay fully immersed in your celebration while we capture the honest character of the day.

Watch Dominique shooting London Street Photography in Fujifilm's X-E4 commercial
The Fujifilm team joined Dominique as she kept her skills sharp with some street photography using one of her favourite cameras - the Fujifilm X-E4. As Dominique explains in the video, taking street photography in interesting cities like London is how we practice between weddings and teach ourselves to look beyond the obvious moment to find hidden moments and opportunities.

London Wedding Photography: Frequently Asked Questions
We’re getting married at two different London locations - how do you handle the travel between venues?
This is one of our favorite parts of a London wedding. We don’t just meet you at the second location; wherever practical we travel with you and your guests. Whether it’s a walk through the streets, a trip on a red bus, or a black cab ride, some of the best documentary moments happen during these transitions. We stay reactive throughout the journey to capture the energy of the city as you move through it.
Do we need to provide a shot list for our London wedding?
Because we work in a purely documentary style, we don’t work from a checklist. Lists tend to make photographers look at a piece of paper rather than the real moments happening in front of them. Our goal is to capture the unique, unscripted story of your day as it unfolds. However, we do always make time for a small number of formal family groups and some relaxed, unposed portraits of the two of you if you’d like them.
How do you handle low-light London venues or winter weddings?
London is famous for its moody, atmospheric venues—from candlelit warehouses to subterranean bars. Our “Street Photography” background means we are experts at working with available light. We don’t use intrusive flash that kills the atmosphere; instead, we use high-end, fast lenses and our years of experience to capture the “vibe” of the room exactly as it felt, regardless of the lighting conditions.
Do we need to "act" for the film?
Never. If you see us pointing a camera, keep doing exactly what you’re doing. Our films are 100% unscripted. We don’t ask for re-dos, we don’t stage “romantic walks,” and we don’t tell you where to look. We hunt for the character that’s already there.
Will your film equipment take up much space in a small London venue?
Not at all. Because we are a family collective and work with a “low-impact” philosophy, our kit is minimal and mobile. We don’t use giant rigs or heavy lights that guests trip over. We move through a crowded London pub or a tight warehouse space just like another guest, capturing everything without ever being an obstacle.
Do you use drones for London weddings?
While a cinematic wide shot of the skyline is beautiful, London’s airspace is some of the most restricted in the world. Many iconic areas are strict “no-fly zones.” More importantly, our “Presence Over Production” ethos means we prefer to stay close to the real human energy on the ground. If a location allows it and it fits the story, we can, but we never let a drone dictate the rhythm of your day.
