STREET WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY IMAGES IN ONE OF THE WORLD’S BIGGEST STREET PHOTOGRAPHY CONTESTS
Whether we’re shooting wedding photography, street photography, family or events we approach each in exactly the same way: not as wedding photographers or street photographers, but simply as photographers. Our mindset is always on trying to create a great photograph from the people we find in front of us and if it so happens to be taken at a wedding then we want to create an image that is not just interesting for the couple but is an interesting image in its own right.
It’s this mentality that led us to enter some of our wedding photographs into a competition where wedding images do not typically belong: The London Street Photography Festival…
… And we’re delighted to announce that two of the images are finalists in the Single Image category!!
The London Street Photography Festival is one of the most prestigious competitions of its kind and we are beyond delighted to have reached the final stages amongst some fierce competition from some outstanding street photographers! We highly recommend you check out each and every one of the finalists as the work on display is just fantastic. To have progressed to the final with two street style images captured at a wedding is truly humbling and something we’re extremely proud of.
