York Pavilion Hotel is a beautifully appointed Grade 11 listed country house on the outskirts of the historic city of York.

York is the jewel of Yorkshire. It is a city steeped in history and is surrounded by amazing buildings inside and outside the castle walls. The York Pavilion provides a beautiful tranquil setting and has many original features like wood-panelled walls, large open fireplaces set amongst intimate lounges. These features provided areas for the guests to congregate or grab the opportunity for a quiet cup of tea, which is a known passion of the groom and his family. This proved to be the perfect setting for a celebration wedding party after their destination wedding in Mauritius. The private walled gardens were a sanctuary where the family and guests could celebrate in peace only a short walk from the walls surrounding York. The speeches and the meal were enjoyed by one and all, laughter being the order of the day.
