MIDDLETON LODGE WEDDING  | YORKSHIRE

Back in September we set out in the early morning dusk on our way to Middleton Lodge to see what lay in store for us on Sophie and Stuart’s exciting wedding day. We were met with so many friendly exuberant faces and we were instantly propelled into the buzz of the day! The boys set out for some clay pigeon shooting and the girls got down to the serious business of getting ready in the beautiful bridal suite. The wedding ceremony was outside in the grounds of Middleton Lodge, it was a gorgeous September afternoon and Sophie’s face when she saw her husband-to-be was utterly priceless.

The fireworks at the end of the night were truly spectacular and such an amazing surprise for the unsuspecting guests, but there was yet more to come! After the band had finished jamming the night away and struck their final chord the bride and groom sprung another treat for their friends and families as they led the way to an underground cellar bar deep in the very foundations of Middleton Lodge. Complete with bacon sandwiches and beer we think it was the perfect end to a really rather special day.
