The Narrative: The Quiet Anticipation of Togetherness.
Instead of the separate morning preparations or staggered arrivals that usually frame the start of a wedding day, this story began with a quiet, anticipated moment of complete togetherness. The bride, groom, and their daughter walked down the village lane to the church side-by-side. Our photography relies entirely on capturing these real, unscripted moments that happen in the margins. Following the dual service at St Mary’s Church, the celebration moved directly across the road to a simple, open field. Without the structured backdrops or formal restrictions of a standard commercial venue, the afternoon naturally dictated its own relaxed, vibrant energy. Children had the complete freedom to run through the long grass, guests mingled informally in the open air, and the entire day felt less like a formal production and more like a proper, unscripted Suffolk village get-together.
