An extraordinary Nantucket Wedding Photography experience in Massachusetts USA
The gratitude we feel toward Dom and Liam has only grown since our wedding several months ago. Hiring them as our photographers was the first decision we made following our engagement… even before we completely decided on the destination for our wedding. But the second we found them we knew having them there to capture it would be a must. Flash forward, we ended up getting married in Nantucket, Massachusetts and they excitedly made the very long journey from the UK. Our wedding was truly intimate…just our families on one big vacation. And York Place just felt like they were a part of the family throughout it all. The way in which they captured our day is something we will treasure for the rest of our lives. No posing, perfectly imperfect….just as it happened. Each time we go through them we find little bits that we never noticed.
They exceeded our expectations beyond what we can describe in words. Yes, choosing them was our first decision, and it was easily our best. Thank you so much. We love you guys forever!

It’s difficult not to drift away into nostalgia and talk of career highlights when looking back at Shelby & Creagh’s wedding in Nantucket USA. When we first received their lovely email back in September 2018 asking whether we would be willing to travel for their wedding we were excited for three big reasons: firstly we were just so honoured that they wanted to fly us out all the way across the Atlantic for their wedding, secondly because they were well and truly engaged with our “nothing posed, nothing staged” approach to weddings, and thirdly because Creagh is an amazing street photographer and we were pretty blown away that the creative couple chose us!
So back in June we made the exciting journey from London to Boston and from the moment we landed somehow seemed to become part of the family! After catching the Ferry across whilst chatting away with Shelby & Creagh’s nearest and dearest we arrived in some sort of fairytale town! Nantucket really is an extraordinary place lost in time where somehow even the pavements are beautiful! We spent a lovely few days getting acquainted with the place and hanging out with the family members, and by the end we were so close to them that one of the highlights of the trip (aside from the wedding itself!) was going to see a Boston Red Sox game with our new friends followed by some authentic Boston Oysters which made the trip all the more special!
The wedding though of course took centre stage and was an absolute dream to shoot with the most relaxed, spontaneous vibe you could ever hope for and the complete trust and free rein that Shelby and Creagh gave us to just do our thing. With the ceremony rolling out informally onto the beach with just the couple’s closest friends and family in attendance and the reception taking over a beautiful American home it was simply an absolute privilege to be there.
It’s fair to say it was an unforgettable experience and one in which we made so many friends for life.
