This was our second wedding of the year and it was a cracker. Set in one of our absolute favourite types of wedding venue the canvas folds of the Fjell Teepee proved the perfect setting for Amanda (known to her friends and family as Panda!) and Richard to celebrate their day. The place was the beautiful location of Kirkby Lonsdale and we had such fun capturing the awesome celebrations. Panda looked so beautiful in her gorgeous dress and pretty little flower adornments in her hair and our rugby-loving groom and groomsmen looked perfect in their vibrant blue suits! With a professional pitch to hand the boys couldn’t resist showing us a few of their rugby moves and the children took great delight in stealing the ball away and running like they were about to score the match-winning try (although the sight of a hot air balloon rising in the distance certainly stopped them in their tracks!)
After some emotional speeches and a rather dramatic cake cutting the dance floor was a hit; the band getting everyone off their feet and boogieing away with a fair few drinks being spilled along the way as everyone was having way too much fun! The band did three encores and on the final number Rich was carried high into the air with everyone dancing around like they’d just lifted the cup!
