AGA & PACO // KRAKOW WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY BY DOM & LIAM
It doesn’t seem possible that we haven’t always been friends with Paco and Aga…
But in fact we’d never met back when they first contacted us in May 2017 to see if we would photograph their great big Polish wedding! Paco and Aga are wedding photographers themselves based out in Spain and they knew our work from seeing our photography coverage at The Nine Dots Gathering in 2015. When we received their email and had our first chat we knew that photographing their wedding in Krakow, Poland was going to be special but we didn’t know that over the next year or so we were going to gain a close friendship. These two are just incredible people and it’s fair to say that when wedding photographers plan weddings they plan it right!
The gorgeous duo chose as their venue a place that was, at the time of their first visit, more or less just a stunning view with an ambitious proposal for planning permission attached to it. Boy did that decision pay off! The newly built Villa Love just outside Krakow proved the absolute perfect setting to witness two wonderful people getting married in one of the most brilliant and emotional outdoor ceremonies right amongst that incredible view. Our friends also did their best to ensure that the venue peaked on its first attempt by orchestrating the greatest party we have ever had the privilege of being a part of. Suffice to say that whilst our new friends tried their best to prise our cameras from our hands around 2am we put up quite a fight and narrowing down our favourite dancefloor shots for this post was far from easy!
They put their absolute faith in us…
and we are so grateful that they did. When we sent over their slideshow it was a strange mixture of relief and absolute elation when we got back such a happy message full of excited expletives! (I’m afraid our customary blog post quote from our couples has had to be censored in this particular case!) It was pretty much impossible picking our favourites so here is just a brief selection of some Krakow wedding photography on a very happy day back in August…
